Critique the Critics: The Tables Have Turned!

    Last night the Arlington Arts Center hosted Critique the Critics, where attendees could judge familiar D.C. culture critics as they created art with childhood materials like Etch-A-Sketch, playdoh and finger paint. The amusing party took place at the Gibson Guitar Showroom, where D.C. art enthusiasts mingled and watched the critics create interpretive lego sculptures and finger paint masterpieces.  Let's just say all the work was very 'abstract'.

    In collaboration with the Pink Line Project, Critique the Critics turned the tables on some of D.C. cultural commentators, such as BrightestYoungThings' Editrix Svetlana Legetic, who is hard at work on an Etch-a-Sketch below (right):
