Lockhart is part of the National Resources Defense Council and this "Green Scene Luncheon" was held in honor of the NRDC partnering with the White House Correspondents' Association to reduce its annual dinner's impact on the environment.

Joe had the pleasure of hearing the President speak twice in one day -his daughter's graduation (along with David Carr's) from Michigan was earlier on Saturday and Obama gave the Commencement Speech.
