Last night, Sip With Socialites hosted their September happy hour at the posh Penthouse Pool Club on U Street. Guests sipped on craft cocktails by several fireplaces and the pool on the premises and bid on silent auction items, while DJ Tom From Prague provided music all night. The evening benefited Blessed Heaven, Inc.
