On Sunday, Jason Mandel and Daniel Heider of Washington Fine Properties hosted about three dozen socials for a brunch in the Bliss Room of the City Tavern Club in Georgetown. Everyone donned their Sunday best, sipped on champagne and mimosas, and feasted on a large buffet that featured Eggs Benedict, omelettes, french toast, and other breakfast staples while a piano played in the background.

The real estate duo gave a quick toast to spring before brunching, and the meal broke up at the end for an impromptu preppy photoshoot for the Necessary and Proper blog on the CTC patio [which you can view here].
