The Fab Empire, an award-winning website based in Washington, DC, celebrated five years with an invitation-only cocktail party at Recess Lounge on Thursday, August 23. The site documents parties, restaurants, and lounges for young urban professionals in DC, Baltimore, Boston and NYC.
