Who is making this list? And how could you possibly not have Big Bear on it? easily the best coffe place in the city...clearly not a local

WTF?? You left out DC INSTITUTION m.e. swings, who, like misha's, roast their own coffee locally??? and you put DEAN AND DELUCA on the list??? WORST coffee ever. And anyone who has had m.e. swings coffee can tell you it's the most consistently excellent coffee out there. Whoever made this list has ZERO taste. Congrats :P
