Guess what, kiddies? We just found another reason not to be jealous of your back-to-school shenanigans. We’ve been told by DCist that Dupont’s Hello Cupcake, in celebration of their second birthday and the fact that they are better than Georgetown Cupcake (we’re sorry, Georgetown Cupcake. We still love you. But we loved you more before the bouncer and the reality TV show. Now, you just sort of remind us of Paris Hilton), will be giving out free cupcakes from 10AM onwards tomorrow.

With about 50% of cupcakes’ target audience in school for the day (muahahahaha), we hope that there will be a chance for us to snag some delicious treats au gratis. Flavors will include:

and more. Sure, we have a full time job. But complimentary carbohydrates and subsequent sugar comas are considerably more important to us than such silly things (we kid, full time job. Don’t be mad. We’ll try to bring some treats back for the office).
But actually, we won’t, as there is a limit of one cupcake per customer. We suggest getting line early and bringing water and entertainment.
