Why: What better place to celebrate Bastille Day than what is technically French soil? The International Club of DC is hosting a comprehensive Bastille Day Gala, with food from over a dozen of the area's best French restaurants and chefs (includuding Ris, Central Michel Richard, Mintwood Place, Cafe du Parc at the Willard), open bar, music, dancing, and a silent auction of luxury French goods.
