Why: On Monday, from 6-9pm Chef José Andrés and the culinary team at Jaleo Bethesda will showcase traditional, regional and innovative paellas from across Andres’ native Spain. The two-week event will launch at Jaleo locations in Penn Quarter, Crystal City and Bethesda from Oct 6-19. Tickets available via the "website" link.
