Smoothie Bowl
How You Glow's Smoothie Bowl Recipe
1.) Stir chia seeds into a cup of either almond milk, coconut milk or coconut water and then pour into blender
2.) Add a chopped frozen banana, a handful of frozen pineapple and mango, a handful of spinach or kale, and a pitted date or two for sweetness
3.) Blend until thick and smooth, adding more liquid if needed, then pour blended ingredients into a bowl
4.) Assemble your masterpiece with your favorite seeds, nuts, dried or fresh fruits
5.) For a treat, add a sprinkle of granola and drizzle a little honey on top

What You Will Need:
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds + splash of almond milk or coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana, chopped
- 1 handful frozen pineapple
- 1 handful frozen mango
- 1 handful of kale/ spinach/ mix of both
- 1-2 pitted dates
