What other things help you get The Glow? JESSIE: Being relaxed when you eat and taking care of your emotional health can be the biggest things. If you eat from a negative, emotional place or you feel guilty about what you’re eating, you’re body isn’t going to be able to digest it as easy. It’s really important to have a clear intention when you’re eating. Don't just scarf a meal down for the sake of eating. Be present and mindful during your meal. Being well-rested, having a good night’s sleep, having a routine before bed, a clean room, a clean space; it all relates. Your external environment effects your internal environment.
