You know the process by new. Jump on the very crowded bandwagon of "hitting the gym" in the new year and empty claims to work out as your New Year's resolution. And, every year we do start out really well...for approximately a week. And then normal life resumes and that Bravo! Real Housewives marathon is a much more attractive option than getting your butt to the gym.
