Mayor Gray was at the New York Avenue Beach Bar opening this evening for about an hour, playing cornhole and greeting beach-happy Washingtonians.
He kept his shoes on.
With the recent nightlife legislation he's been passing (or trying to pass), it won't be too long before we can legally smoke weed and booze it up in the NYABB sand until 4am.
