The DC City Council has made it official: We're gonna party HARD during World Cup this year! The Alcoholic Beverage Regulation Administration has mast legislation allowing DC bars to open as early as 7 am, so Football fans won't have to miss one minute of the action.-

The World Cup takes place in South Africa this year, aka six hours ahead. The early bar hours means that people will be able to gather in bars in order to catch the 1 pm games--though they still won't be able to be SERVED alcohol that early.

Does this mean bars are going to start serving coffee and OJ in the mornings?
