The Details: The cherry blossoms will soon be blooming transforming our city into a pink, picturesque city scene. While the tourist attraction factor may not be our favorite, it gives locals a reason to celebrate with the National Cherry Blossoms Festival's kickoff, the annual Pink Tie party.
