Other details: On Tuesday, September 30th, downtown Bethesda hotspot Cesco Osteria’s Co2 Lounge hosted a fashion show for luxury swimwear brand Dar be Dar with designer Tala Raassi. Raassi showcased her bold and international-inspired 2014/2015 Resort collection to a stylish crowd of fashionistas, media personalities and VIPs. Guests were treated to a special swimsuit pop-up boutique after the show, snatching up the designer’s sultry looks straight off the runway. Proceeds from the night benefited the Autism Speaks National Capital Area. Co2 Lounge paid homage to the tropically-inspired swimwear line by offering exotic fruit cocktails. Guests noshed on gourmet passed hors d’oeuvres. DJ Andrey Bazza and electric cellist Cyrus Reel were on the ones and twos - spinning the latest EDM, house and pop hits. Guests got a chance to sit front and center as models from T.H.E. Artist Agency strutted down Co2 Lounge’s catwalk-ready stage. Hair and make-up gurus Patrick Maloy, Caitlyn Meyer, Brandon Russell and Sunny Kang styled the models in dramatic winged eyeliner, hot fuchsia lips and romantic fishtail braids.
