Details: Georgetown's ultra-exclusive L2 Lounge opened its doors for yet another Valentine's Day party on Saturday. The bash kicked off a "Week of Chocolate", a weeklong Valentine's celebration of various Georgetown merchants offering sweet deals on confectionary treats. Guests indulged on delicious chocolates 'n' booze till midnight.
