Details: Washington's top mixologists gathered in honor of Donizetti's famed comic opera, The Elixir of Love, by concocting their own love potions.
he winning cocktail was City Tap House's Jo-Jo Valenzuela, called Quanto e bella, quanto e cara, which is one of the first songs sung in The Elixir of Love. The Elixir of Love is coming to the Kennedy Center starting March 20th where the winning cocktail will be featured.
