Details: DC"s media and VIP attended an invite-only preview of Blo, DC's newest blow dry bar, located in Dupont Circle. Whitney Port was there to celebrate the 38th location of Blo and guests sipped Veuve Clicquot Rose and cupcakes while getting their hair primped.
