Anita Thigpen Perry is married to Rick Perry, who you may know from Dancing with the Stars or possibly a Cialis advertisement. But we digress. Rick Perry is also a politician (for some godforsaken reason) who is a member of Trump's cabinet (again, for some godforsaken reason). Anita has a few accomplishments under her belt as well, including being the First Lady of Texas, having a nursing school named in her honor, and starting an endowment for University of Texas at San Antonio for aspiring health professionals. At least she believes in science!
