Supreme Court Nominee Elena Kagan just can't catch a break can she? After days of debating whether or not she was a lezbo, bloggers are now keen on figuring out who she looks like. And, let's put it this way, when Mike Myers is on the decent end of the spectrum, things aren't looking good.

Above the Law comes up with this solid list of characters that Kagan looks like, including anyone from Bette Midler to the Penguin from Batman (ouch!) and a member of team Fraggle Street.

Then, Buzzfeed, who apparently thinks Above the Law is on to something, decides to come up with a full list of 24 people/characters that Kagan semi-resembles. #1? David Mitchell from Peep Show (off topic, a pretty funny show from our British friends), #15? Jabba the Hutt. There's Kathy Bates, Jon Lovitz, and, well you get the picture. A sampling:
