[Photos via Getty] No, this isn't taken from a sold out Coachella concert from over the weekend, it's the Earth Day celebration in Washington D.C. yesterday. Though the official Earth Day is usually celebrated on the 22nd, some Flaming Lips fans headed to the Mall to get an early start.  Our favorite NYC cyclist, Matthew Modine was on hand to speak (with his bike in tow of course), as well as actors like Chevy Chase and Joy Bryant.
