A report by Bundle.com listed Washington, D.C. as the top "shopaholic" city, with people spending an average of $263/month on clothes. Arlington was hot on D.C.'s Louboutin heels, with Arlingtonians spending an average of $254/month.

The national average is $142/month, and New York, the one that seemingly should have "won," came in at #12 on the list with $198/month.
