Tacks are wack, y'all! A Leonardtown bicycle race this weekend was ruined when someone placed a bunch of thumbtacks on the race track in an effort to cause a pile-up, to....be funny? We don't know.-

It sort of seems like something a twelve year-old would dare a friend to do, never expecting it would actually A) WORK and B) seriously irritate some adults. If you're reading this, 12 year-old: Yes, this WILL go on your permanent record.
