Nibbles & Bubbly

I love brunch food because you can go both salty and sweet! Include a little of each on your menu, such as yummy brioche French toast, savory tartines, herb and goat cheese frittatas, and mini veggie sliders. Don’t forget to end the brunch on a sweet note with some mini churros with delicious dulce de leche and spicy chocolate dipping sauce or scrumptious mini cannolis. And no celebration is complete without some bubbly. Whether it’s prosecco or champagne, create a signature drink—and make sure to have a non-alcoholic choice, too. A virgin Moscow Mule loaded with fresh mint and ginger will do the trick.
