Oscar-Worthy Cocktails
Red Carpet Cocktail
1 oz Belvedere Pure
0.75 oz hibiscus puree (i.e. Perfect Puree of Napa Valley)
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
3 oz Chandon Rose
Garnish: Candied hibiscus flower
Combine all the ingredients (except the Chandon Brut) in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into flute.
