Oscar-Worthy Cocktails
Bowery Hotel's "Boy with Apple"
1 1/2 oz. Zubrowka bison grass vodka
3 oz. fresh pressed apple juice
3 dashes of angostura bitters
Sprinkle cinnamon (a popular spice in Budapest!)
In a tall glass add ice with vodka, fill glass with apple juice. Add 3 dashes of bitters. Garnish with an apple slice and sprinkle of cinnamon.
