DMC, of Run DMC, has decided to combine his love of hip-hop and comic books. As the first independent house of hip-hop comics,
DMC will create superhero versions of himself and other notable hip-hop legends in graphic novels, taking place in an alternate universe of a true-grit "
pre-Giuliani New York."
