Melt is the OG fancy ice cream sandwich spot here in NYC. Opened during the summer of 2010, Melt's purpose was simple: create delicious ice cream sandwiches that everyone will love, and that is exactly what they do. Their ice cream sandwich combinations change and new creations are always coming in (and are more than welcome). A personal favorite from their core four sandwiches is the Lovelet: cream cheese ice cream sandwiched between red velvet "melt" cakes. Don't worry, you won't miss out since Melt has 5 locations in the city.
