This bakery is typically known for their delectable whoopie pies and scrumptious cookies, but during the summer this spot procures some seriously good ice cream sandwiches. They squish a hefty scoop of Il Laboratorio’s ricotta gelato between two of their signature whoopie pies. It is the perfect after-work (or anytime of day) treat.
