We probably don't have to tell you that everyone and their tastefully dressed WASP-y grandmother is obsessed with caviar right now. There are plenty of bump offerings and brands to choose from, as well as a slew of accoutrements to pair it with (personally, we're all about some good old fashioned potato chips), but if there's one dish taking over our Instagram feeds lately, it's the caviar baked potato.
The plate first picked up popularity thanks to the opening of Jon Neidich's swanky piano bar The Nines last year, but now that Parisian staple Caviar Kaspia has landed in NYC, the former officially has some competition.
