What are some of your other favorite ways to stay healthy?

I take a supplement called Blue Ice Royal that has done wonders for my skin. It is a blend of fermented cod liver oil and high vitamin butter oil. It is the nastiest-tasting thing, but I really feel the difference when I take it. I also use a neti pot regularly and gargle with salt water at the first signs of a sore throat. It most often keeps colds at bay. Other than that, I try to make sure that I devote time every week to do the simple things that I enjoy, and that give me a break from the responsibilities of work and motherhood.
