Morning Running Club with Paragon Sports
At 7 am Thursday mornings, meet fellow runners at Union Square's south plaza to get your cardio workout in. Aimed at newbie runners and marathon veterans alike, the sessions are at no cost and the course takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, changing weekly based on the group and instructor. The distance builds throughout the summer with the goal of getting runners in shape for a 10k. The coach splits the group up into beginner and advanced levels during warm-up activities and pacers help attendees do 6 to 10 minute miles, ensuring no one runs alone.
