IKnowTheChef is a members-only reservation platform for NYC's top restaurants and nightclubs. I Know The Chef members get access to more prime time reservation slots and receive VIP perks i.e. complimentary champagne and desserts compliments of the chef. We're working with over 60 restaurants so far, all of which I Know The Chef has a close relationship with...whether we actually know the chef or someone there varies by restaurant! The back end of the app works more like a concierge service.How does the membership work?The first thing you do, after you download the app, is fill out your "Dining Profile" section, where you tell us your preferences. You fill this out only once, and it tells us things like your liquor preferences, where in a restaurant you like to be seated, and the like.
