Interview: Artist Aerosyn-Lex Mestrovic
Tell me a little about your background. Where are you from, and when did you move to NYC? How did you get started with painting?
I’m originally from Buenos Aires. Raised in Florida and have been in NYC since moving here to go to PRATT. I started painting as a kid. I liked drawing more than I liked to paint then, but I showed talent and people around me supported me. My teachers, family, friends etc. I won some awards, some scholarships and worked my way up.
