Leading up to a performance, do you change anything around?
If anything leading up to the season I try to eat more. Also I get really nervous—the Met is almost 4000 seats so it can be nerve wracking. That makes it a little hard to eat right before the show, so I try to power up the night before, knowing I won't have much of an appetite the day of.
Do you ever have cheat-days?
I feel like I never have a cheat day, if I want french fries or whatever I'll just eat it, I don't really care. I just try to make sure I'm eating enough fruits and vegetables.
