Look for the neon sign that says McGovern’s Bar and the impossibly good-looking line of rejects and you know you've found Paul Sevigny's Moroccan-themed oasis. We've been rocking out to The Smiths since the place was called Sway Lounge but nightlife vets and leggy twenty-somethings have been keeping the tradition alive since it was reimagined as Paul's Casablanca in 2016. The doors may have officially reopened, but that's no guarantee you'll be able to step through them. Isn't that uncertainty half the fun?
