Raines Law Room

Feel like Bonnie and Clyde at this speakeasy-inspired haunt at The William Hotel. This gilded space is the second outpost of The Raines Law Room, named for an 1896 law meant to curb New Yorkers' drinking habits. As the bespoke cocktails and build-your-own Old Fashioneds here prove, that law was never going to work.
