Other details: On Friday renowned artists and other notable guests convened at Moynihan Station for the opening of Performa, the visual art performance biennial. The event featured performances by Gelsey Bell, Stine Motland, and Brian Belott following a cocktail reception and dinner catered by Norweigan and Polish restaurant Bite. Alexander Gilkes of Paddle8 then served as auctioneer and presented works from Elizabeth Peyton, Ragnar Kjartansson, and Iona Rozeal Brown for guests to bid on. DJs Jan Warner and Total Freedom provided additional entertainment for the after-party.
