Why do you think flexibility is gaining popularity among employers?
A number of variables are helping flexible work conditions to gain popularity with employers, including the benefit of reducing stress for working families, technology’s ability to encourage, and the opportunity to attract higher level, more experienced professional talent.
Millennials in the workforce are also seeking more flexible working conditions, so the new model has become key to attracting young talent. This part of the workforce is accustomed to telecommuting and does not generally seek a traditional 9-to-5, in-office work position. According to a study by
Bentley University, 77% of Millennials say flexible hours would make them more productive in the workplace.
