One of DC's biggest parties was...well...technically in NYC! Microstrategy billionaire Michael Saylor invited hundreds of Washingtonians to New York to party like rock stars at Rocktoberfest, held at Skylight Soho with a London theme.
Those lucky enough to be in his inner circle, like Ray Regan, rode up to NYC with Saylor on a private G550.
