Cool Vietnamese Sandwich Shop BONMI To Open Near Farragut West Metro

    Banh Mi LLC is pleased to announce the opening of BONMi, a Vietnamese-inspired restaurant concept offering traditional bánh mì sandwiches and an assortment of summer rolls and innovative salads, all under $10.

    Located in the downtown Golden Triangle Improvement Business District, BONMi will offer healthy and affordable fare for diners wishing to grab something on the go. Local businesses can also enjoy BONMi at the office, as they will offer catering for meetings and events for groups of all sizes.

    Each menu item will be crafted, in-house from scratch, using high quality natural products with a focus on healthfulness and flavor.

    Additionally, BONMi has partnered with Hands on the World Global Inc., and will donate twenty percent of every bottled water sold (cost of water is $1.50 at BONMi) to the non-profit organization. HOW Global’s mission is to educate and implement sustainable healthy life practices to the underserved communities of the world. The organization has partnered with the United Nations to assist with taking action to achieve the UN’s Millennium Goals that promise to “cut poverty in half by 2015.”

    WHEN: The grand opening for BONMi is October 24, 2011. BONMi will be open Monday through Friday 11 AM to 7 PM.
