Other details: Omar Hernandez, of Greenwich Village hotspot Omar's La Ranita, hosted a special dinner and auction at the Playboy Hotel to benefit the Born This Way Foundation. The event kicked off Art Basel with Omar's signature dishes of mushroom corquettes, lobster bites, and hen of the wood mushroom filet mingnon and potatoes, served in a sleek and intimate dining room. Throughout the dinner, Lady Gaga's Creative Producer Nicole Ehrlich curated the art auction, which featured works by Lady Gaga, Hilary Harkness, Cass Bird, and Amber Arbucci, among others. Following the dinner, the VIP guests were ushered into the grand theater, where the room was packed with people in attendance for the after-party. The crowd danced the night away in the elegant space, which served as the perfect location for the chic and sexy party.
