This piece, called Metalmorphosis, is 30 feet and 14 tons of revolving metal in the middle of southwest Charlotte's Whitehall Technology Park. Czech artist David Cerny created this commissioned work that only looks like a face at intervals. Oh, and it also spits water, so watch yourself while you snap that Insta, or you and your iPhone will be waterlogged, but in like an artful way.
