Jack Goes Home

After a long day of panel and event-hopping, we wandered into the midnight premiere of Jack Goes Home bleary-eyed and resigned. About a minute in, we were grasping our armrests and wondering how TF we were going to be able to sleep that night. First off, Rory Culkin is already kind of creepy (albeit in a bae way) but when he starts to spiral out of control in this psychological thriller, we could liken him to another Jack - of the Nicholson persuasion. With his haunted past and slow descent into pure madness, the title character wouldn't be out of place in The Shining, but this film is in a league of its own.
