Eat Well

Life is too short to deprive yourself.  Everything you eat can be good for you in moderation. Strip away those nasty labels that we put on certain food groups. Eating is not a moral game, it is about fueling your body to do what you love to do.  If you want to eat that pizza, go for it.  And if you want a liquify your fruits and veggies, opt for a smoothie over a cold-press juice (the process strips away all beneficial nutrients and leaves you essentially with a glass of sugar).
