Neon made a statement on the spring runways, updating everything from the average cocktail dress to colorful hair streaks. Just pick one feature to show off the neon trend, but be bold and wear it on your lids. We loved the runway look from Donna Karan, who rimmed underneath the eye and lash line with bright pink (another must have color this season). The models even sported pink mascara and finished the look with a fresh face and nude lips.
