Exfoliate
Exfoliation is key before putting on any lipstick. Start by putting on some vaseline or any type of balm. Then use a wash cloth, tooth brush, or eyelash spool to gently rub the dead skin off of your lips. If you have some extra time, try large grain sugar with olive oil and make your own scrub for your lips. Next, put a little more balm on or directly apply your lipstick. No flakiness here!
