For those who have a bit more time on their hands, a patterned nail is also a really fun look for fall. Miss Lady Finger's back-to-school plaid print is one of our favorite autumn designs. This style could be recreated with any color to work with any outfit. Another interesting trend is the reverse french manicure. Paintbox used this modern twist on a classic design by painting the nail nude with black tips.
