What do you love most about cooking/being a chef?
I have a passion for it. I cook because I love it and not for any other reason. I love the adrenaline, the weekend pushes, serving others on holidays and special occasions. It’s what I know best and feel the most natural doing, it’s what I love to learn more about every day.
